There have been numerous concerns from friends and neighbors in Delaware about the increase in dirt bikes, four-wheelers, and other off-highway vehicles (OHV’s) being operated illegally on roads. Some have even shared stories of near misses involving children and damage to their property.
This legislation clarifies that OHV’s cannot be operated on shared private roadways within our communities without permission.
