The Delaware Legislative Black Caucus (DLBC) is a collective of minority legislators dedicated to advancing equity, justice, and opportunity for all Delawareans. As one of the strongest and fastest-growing caucuses in the Delaware General Assembly, the DLBC works collaboratively to address systemic disparities, influence public policy, and uplift communities across the state.
Our members bring diverse lived experiences and policy expertise to the table, working to ensure that Delaware’s laws reflect fairness, accountability, and meaningful progress. The DLBC champions legislation, leads statewide conversations, and partners with community organizations, advocacy groups, and government agencies to drive solutions that improve outcomes in education, health, public safety, and social justice.
Today, the DLBC continues to serve as a strong, unified voice working to build a more fair and inclusive Delaware for all.
