The Delaware Legislative Black Caucus (DLBC) is a non-partisan body of elected members of the General Assembly developing policy for the advancement all Delawareans.
The DLBC was officially formed in November 2018 by Rep. Stephanie T. Bolden after the number of Black members of the 150th General Assembly grew to eight.
