DOVER— The Delaware Legislative Black Caucus (DLBC) and the Racial Equity Consortium (REC) will  come together once again to host the second annual “Unapologetically Black” Conference on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Delaware State University in Dover. 

Building on the success of last year’s inaugural gathering, the 2026 conference will continue to serve as a space for bold conversations, community connection, and action-oriented dialogue.

Additional details will be shared in the coming weeks. 

The DLBC and REC look forward to welcoming community members, advocates, educators, and leaders from across the state for a meaningful day of connection, learning, and shared purpose.
