2nd Annual Unapologetically Black Conference Rescheduled to April 20, 2026.

DOVER— The Second Annual “Unapologetically Black” Conference, hosted by the Delaware Legislative Black Caucus (DLBC) and the Racial Equity Consortium (REC) has been rescheduled to Monday, April 20, 2026, at Delaware State University in Dover.

Following the success of last year’s inaugural gathering, the 2026 conference promises another day focused on Power, Policy, and People.

To ensure an accurate attendee list and properly prepare for everyone’s participation, the event has been moved to a new registration system. Those who previously registered to attend, please complete a quick re-registration here.

Thank you all for your flexibility and commitment to advancing equity and impact across Delaware. We hope you can join us for a day of connection, learning, and shared purpose.
