DOVER— Registration is now open for the second annual “Unapologetically Black” Conference, hosted by the Delaware Legislative Black Caucus (DLBC) and the Racial Equity Consortium (REC). This event will take place on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Delaware State University in Dover.
Following the success of last year’s inaugural gathering, the 2026 conference promises another day of community connection and action-oriented dialogue. Attendees can expect engaging discussions, opportunities to network with advocates and leaders, and sessions designed to inspire and empower.
